We are seeking a HR manager to join a State Government department in Fremantle
Your new role
- Provides strategic and operational advice relating to work force planning, training and development and employee relations
- Contributes to the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic HR
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process and staff management
- Provides a case management and consultancy service
- Monitors the organisational structure and establishment
What you'll need to succeed

Substantial demonstrated experience in providing a broad, trusted and accurate human resource consultancy and advisory service

Experience in human resource management principles

High level written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated supervisory experience
