You will be working for a global professional services company that provides consulting, information technology, and outsourcing services.
Your new role
This organisation is seeking a dynamic individual to lead due diligence, solution, and integration efforts for all M&A deals within the ANZ region. This role will also oversee people transitions for all rebadging deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for recommending the best-suited solutions based on the specific deal types.
- Lead front-end deals and pursuits with leadership teams for M&As and rebadging.
- Conduct detailed due diligence and report findings/anomalies.
- Develop and execute extensive integration charters/project plans.
- Advise BU leadership on employee transitions into or from the organisation
- Identify people-related impacts and mitigate risks associated with transitions.
- Provide regular status updates and feedback to business leadership and customers.
- Lead policy and benefits harmonisation for transitioning entities.
- Collaborate with HR centres of excellence on level mapping and compensation restructuring for in-scope employees.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in M&A due diligence and integration.
- HR Capabilities, including end-to-end program management capabilities.
- Understanding & familiarity with Fair Works, FW (Transfer of business) & Modern Awards and Consultation in NZ.
- Strong understanding of employee transition processes.
- The ability to develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
- Excellent advisory and communication skills.
- Experience in policy and benefits harmonisation.
