We’re looking for a hands-on HR leader who can drive operational excellence while navigating the complexities of a growing organisation.

The Role
As our HR Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all HR matters, responsible for overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with the latest Fair Work legislation. You will play a pivotal role in developing policies that are aligned with business objectives, and you will help cultivate an environment where both the company and its people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pragmatic, solutions-focused HR advice to management and employees
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act and all relevant employment laws
• Lead recruitment efforts and develop effective onboarding processes
• Manage performance reviews, employee relations, and support staff development
• Drive initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
• Oversee HR systems, policies, and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of Fair Work legislation and employment law compliance
• Practical and adaptable approach to problem-solving
• Proven experience in an HR role with increasing responsibility (HR Coordinator, Advisor, or similar) preferably within the hire or service industry
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Formal qualifications in business or HR.
