Due to an internal promotion, we have a vacancy available for a Human Resources Business Partner for a 12-month contract. This position is a national role, overseeing approximately 280 employees.

The role:

Reporting to the Director of Organisation Development, the Human Resources (HR) Business Partner supports a highly engaged Executive Leadership Team and their senior management teams to plan and design integrated, business-focused HR solutions to solve complex people issues. You will work closely with the business to ensure delivery of strategic objectives and operational outcomes. The ability to develop a deep understanding of the business, workforce, capability requirements and challenges faced by the client are critical to the effectiveness and success of the role.
As the HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor using your expertise to recommend tailored approaches to address a variety of workforce issues across the business. You will coach executive leaders and senior managers, addressing both immediate and longer-term people capability and cultural objectives. The role operates with a high level of autonomy and has scope to make significant contributions to their program of work.

The applicant:

We are seeking a Human Resources Professional who has leadership expertise and experience in coaching and mentoring team members and key stakeholders to develop their people management capabilities.
Experience managing relationships in a geographically dispersed environment will be highly regarded along with a proven track record in partnering with senior leadership to design and implement people strategies to improve organisational and workgroup performance, working in collaboration to develop practical solutions leading to beneficial outcomes.

What's on offer:
This position salaries at $136k - $166k including super salary, and is a direct 12-month contract with the organisation.
The position is based in Adelaide CBD, 37.5 hours a week and offers up to 2 days working from home.
