Your new role
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will report to the Human Resources Manager and provide your expert advice to support the wider business units whilst building and maintaining effective and collaborative partnerships and relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Your duties will also include, but not limited to:
Develop and sustain a positive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering outcomes.
- Provide up-to-date and relevant workforce information to support workforce decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement, efficiency gains, and positive external relationships.
- Partner with management to understand and execute Human Resources Strategies.
- Manage any employee relations/industrial relations to resolve these matters.
- Contribute to performance and compliance reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you will have strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and demonstrated ability to deliver all requirements of the role whilst maintaining high ethical standards and handling sensitive information with discretion will see you succeed.
