We are seeking a Human Resources Project Consultant to assist one of our South Australian State Government Departments with a Human Resources review.

You will be a highly skilled and analytical HR Project Manager / Senior Consultant who will lead and manage HR projects that drive organisational effectiveness and employee engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a skilled HR professional with South Australian State Government expertise. You will have strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
This role is to commence immediately until the end of the financial year. The hourly rate is an ASO 7 classification, paying $74.67 + super per hour and is based in Adelaide's CBD. This role is fulltime however we will consider candidates seeking .8
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be proficient in project management software and tools.
