Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government agency is seeking an Instructional Designer to provide temporary relief across a variety of learning and training material, including quick reference guides, recordings and easy to digest information for the user until 28th of March, with strong scope for extension until 30th of April.
What you'll need to succeed
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment is highly regarded, however not essential
- Proven Instructional Design and Technical Writing experience with a Human Resources lens is critical
- Demonstrated experience creating user friendly learning materials, including quick reference guides, eLearn modules and recordings
- Established experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS), Australian Public Service (APS) and/ or Local Government experience is highly regarded and is preferred
- Previous experience with Dayforce (HRIS) is highly regarded, however not essential
