Mobilisation Coordinator Role - Short Term Contract - Immediate Start

As a key member of the team, the responsibilities and duties of this role will include, but not be limited to:

• Manage personnel mobilisation using platforms (e.g., CanYou, MyPass) while ensuring client compliance.
• Oversee pre-mobilisation activities: medicals, inductions, certification checks, and training bookings.
• Arrange travel (flights, accommodation, transport) adhering to company policies.
• Manage domestic and international travel within budget.
• Handle vehicle fleet leases, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Administer vehicle/property leases (e.g., offices, rental properties), including procurement, cost monitoring, renewals, and terminations.
• Oversee PPE and merchandise procurement, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination.
• Manage the Document Management System (DMS), ensuring accuracy and distribution.
• Facilitate document review, approvals, and external communications.
• Assist leadership with special projects, report preparation, and process improvement initiatives.

What you will need to succeed

• Mining or oil and gas recruitment experience
• Understanding of legislative requirements - medicals/training/compliance

• Possibility of extension to go full-time
• Immediate start
