Your new role
As the Mobilisation Coordinator, you will manage onboarding for projects across Australia. The role suits both seasoned professionals and entry-level candidates ready to grow.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Coordinate onboarding: medicals, training, inductions, travel, and accommodation

Set up employees on internal/client systems and verify certifications
-
Manage PPE and merchandise inventory

Oversee vehicle fleet and property leases
-
Liaise with suppliers and provide cost/utilisation reports
-
Support general operational tasks as needed
What you will need to succeed
-
2+ years in mobilisation or similar role (resources sector preferred)
-
Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
-
Proficient in systems like Canyou, Mypass, Xero (desirable)
-
Knowledge of FIFO logistics (highly desirable)
-
Able to multitask, solve problems, and work independently or in a team
