Position Title: Culture, Diversity & Wellbeing Advisor | OD
Reports to: Senior Culture & Organisational Development Lead

This advisory role supports leaders in creating an inclusive, psychologically safe, and values-aligned workplace. The Culture, Diversity & Wellbeing Advisor provides organisational development expertise, guidance, and data-informed insights to strengthen diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing. The role focuses on enabling and advising leaders, shaping frameworks and initiatives that enhance workforce capability, engagement, and culture within a public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise leaders and teams on culture, inclusion, respectful behaviours, and wellbeing using evidence-informed OD approaches.
  • Design, implement, and support initiatives that build inclusive capability and foster a psychologically safe workplace.
  • Develop practical tools, frameworks, and resources that enable leaders to embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing into their teams.
  • Analyse workforce data, surveys, and metrics to inform engagement, culture, and inclusion strategies.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate inclusive practices and wellbeing initiatives into policies, processes, and operational activities.
  • Coordinate awareness campaigns, workshops, and programs that promote inclusive behaviours, mental health literacy, and employee wellbeing.
About you:
  • Experience in developing Gender Equality Action plans (GEAPs), conducting Gender Impact Assessments, and completing audits for the Commission for Gender Equality.
  • Demonstrated experience providing OD advisory support in culture, inclusion, and wellbeing within complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing principles, including relevant legislative and policy requirements.
  • Ability to translate organisational needs into practical, sustainable solutions for leaders and teams.
  • Experience analysing workforce data to inform strategies and evaluate impact.
