- Supporting health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives as required.
We are seeking an HR professional with a strong interest in policy development, employment legislation, and award interpretation. You may already specialise in these areas, or you may be an experienced HR Advisor looking to deepen your expertise in people compliance and employee relations.
You will bring:
- Experience drafting, reviewing, or updating HR policies and procedures.
- Strong interest in employment legislation, compliance frameworks, and award interpretation.
- Experience supporting employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance management.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and a proactive approach to research and problem‑solving.
- A collaborative mindset and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in a professional services or corporate environment (desirable).
