Temporary relief opportunity leading workforce related data analyse and recommendations within the VPS.
Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government organisation is seeking a VPS5 P&C Analyst to provide temporary relief data-driven reporting and recommendations within a start-up environment to support people-related priorities for 3 months, with a potential extension.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
- Demonstrated experience working within a similar role, providing high level ad-hoc reporting and data analysis across HR environments to support future workforce-related needs
- Proven track-record using Microsoft Excel, Visio and Power BI is preferred
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across the organisation is essential
- Previous experience within the Victoria Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded, however not essential
