Newly created business partner role within a rapidly evolving organisation.
Reporting to the Manager, Business Partnering, you will support your major stakeholders in a generalist capacity with core activities supporting the design, development and delivery of a business partnering model fit for business.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Engagement and management of major stakeholders to deliver on the overarching People plan
- Coaching and development, advising and facilitation of training to enhance leadership capability and increase overall business performance and productivity
- Operational and strategic people and culture activities and execution of initiatives, including performance management, counselling, disciplinary and grievance management, interpretation and implementation of industrial tools etc
- Ensure that corporate governance, compliance and legislation is adhered to
- Management of industrial and organisational risks
- Support industrial relations negotiations where required
- Lead and manage workforce transformation, change and culture initiatives
- Ensure the continuity of providing a safe and wellbeing environment
- Ensure that qualitative and quantitative people data is utilised for effective business planning
The maturity of the People & Culture team is evolving, and this role offers the opportunity to help shape best practice.
To be successful in your application, you will be a seasoned People & Culture Business Partner with extensive generalist experience both at an operational and strategic level.
You will have the ability to influence both behavioural and cultural change, and excel in your service delivery.
Outcomes focused, it is essential that you can bring prior knowledge of working within a complex organisation, requiring you to be agile in your thinking and resilient to constant change, transformation and growth.
It is essential for this role that you are an Australian Citizen and can complete baseline clearance.
