Your new role
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Onboard and induct new employees

Data entry and management of Workday supervisory organisations

Audit and verify documentation

Draft correspondence and HR letters using templates/guidance documents

Respond to process, payroll, and other queries

Prepare accurate and professional reports (scheduled and ad hoc)

Attend open days, expos, and training providers to discuss roles (small group presentations)

Manage multiple inboxes

Support the Talent Acquisition team for a seamless recruitment experience
