In this role, you'll lead and oversee key people projects, including implementing a new HRIS and negotiating a new Enterprise Agreement.
What are the key requirements for the role?
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A passion for supporting a diverse, multicultural organisation
- Proven experience in senior HR roles and leading teams
- Solid knowledge of the Australian employment relations landscape
- Experience managing complex employment matters, including conciliation and mediation
- A talent for building strong relationships, working collaboratively, and positively influencing workplace culture
- The ability to meaningfully consult with key stakeholders and synthesise differing perspectives, particularly relating to work health and safety obligations
- A flexible, curious mindset, with a knack for spotting solutions others might miss
