As a generalist, you will bring your hands on experience to all aspects of end-to-end People & Culture operations, from recruitment, performance, ER/IR advice, culture and engagement, OHS and workcover. Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you’ll play a pivotal role as an employee and manager point of contact in fostering a positive and supportive workplace. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting strategic and operational projects to innovate, streamline processes and implement practical HR tools that make a difference to our workforce. This position provides the chance to be a part of a small team where you can grow your knowledge, skill and experience and progress your career.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, law or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a HR generalist role with strong knowledge of Australian workplace legislation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict and provide pragmatic, business-focused HR solutions.
  • High attention to detail and confidence working autonomously.
