Your new company

Working for a well known global consumer brand with offices and sites across ANZ. You will work at the head office in the South Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and support a customer service and sales workforce of 120 - 130 staff. You will be a key business partner for this client group and their leader and support them in all areas of HR Generalist work. Your new role

As you will be part of a larger People & Culture team and part of a wider business partnering team, you will have centres of excellence to lean on for ER and recruitment services and innovative systems and already established people programs. This business partnering role is truly impactful, and you will play a key part in developing culture, engagement and driving talent development and communications.

Key areas the role will focus on include:

  • Engagement and culture
  • Managing and supporting a remote workforce
  • Talent management
  • Talent development
  • Succession planning
  • Stakeholder management and communication

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will ideally have 2 - 3 years as an HR Business Partner and have worked in fast-paced cultures and industries
  • You will have experience of working with call centre, customer service, sales or other client-facing employees both in office and remotely.
  • You will have experience of driving talent development, engagement and have excellent communication skills
  • You will be passionate about culture and being at the coalface of a business, working closely with employees at all levels
  • You will ideally have worked in larger HR teams and understand global people strategies and more complex global matrix structures.
