Your new role
As the Recruitment Advisor, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of operational and professional positions across the site. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Developing sourcing strategies to attract high quality candidates
- Managing advertising, screening, shortlisting and interview coordination
- Supporting onboarding, compliance, and pre‑employment checks
- Ensuring a positive and seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
This is a 3‑month temporary position, with the possibility of extension depending on project demands and business needs.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (mining or heavy industry highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a high volume, fast moving environment
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence using recruitment or HRIS platforms
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work independently
