Your new company
Our client is a large facilities management and support services organisation with a significant national footprint. Due to increased recruitment demand, they require an experienced recruiter to provide short-term support within a busy, fast-paced environment.
Your new role
Reporting into the recruitment manager, you'll manage high-volume recruitment across a range of blue-collar positions including healthcare. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and managing candidates through the hiring process while partnering closely with stakeholders to meet workforce demands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for casual workforce requirements
- Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, talent pools and direct search activities
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
- Coordinating candidate compliance and onboarding processes
- Managing stakeholder and candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong proactive sourcing and talent pipelining capability
- Experience recruiting blue-collar, operational or frontline workforce roles
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- PageUp experience highly regarded
