Your new role
As a recruitment coordinator, you will provide consultative support and guidance to deliver successful end-to-end recruitment of talented individuals. This will include:
- Partnering closely with hiring managers on recruitment briefs.
- Preparing and posting job adverts
- Screening applicants
- Scheduling interviews and liaising with both internal stakeholders and external applicants
- Candidate progression and offer management
- Preparing reports on vacancies and hiring
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate successfully providing support and guidance to hiring managers in the recruitment process. You will have strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, be able to demonstrate attention to detail and organisational ability and have prior experience using a HRIS or ATS. An essential requirement of this role is being able to obtain a police check with no disclosable outcomes.
