Your new role
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Manage end-to-end recruitment

Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal platforms

Screen resumes and conduct interviews

Prepare contracts and candidate proposals
-
Maintain talent pool and provide regular updates to management
What you will need to succeed -
3+ years recruitment experience in mining, oil & gas, or resources

Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Confident using LinkedIn, Seek, and other platforms
-
Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
-
Knowledge of FIFO and logistics is desirable
-
Must have Australian working rights
