We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join a busy, fast-paced team based in Brisbane CBD for an initial 12-week contract.
Your new role
Working as part of an established recruitment team, you'll support high-volume recruitment activity across a range of roles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting high-volume candidate interviews
- Screening and assessing resumes and applications
- Managing candidates through the recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate candidate information within an ATS
- Liaising with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Influencing and communicating confidently with leaders
- Supporting recruitment administration and coordination as required
- Delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Recruitment Officer, Recruitment Advisor, Talent Acquisition or similar role
- Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume recruitment environment
- Strong interviewing and resume screening capability
- Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with leaders
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
