Your new company
Based in Dandenong, this education provider is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to provide temporary relief leading operational ER activities within a unionised environment, including workplace relations advice and case management for 2 months.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or Employment Law is critical
Proven and demonstrated workplace relations experience, including leading complex case management activities - Strong understanding of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA) and employment law is essential
- Established experience within Education, Victorian Public Service (VPS), Australian Public Service (APS) and/ or Local Government experience is highly regarded and is preferred
- Must have a current or be able to obtain a Working with Children's Check (employee)
