A senior HR Advisor with strong ER/IR is required for exciting, fast-paced organisation.
This is an outstanding opportunity to further consolidate your employee and industrial relations experience whilst undertaking a generalist role.
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for supporting an AsiaPac workforce in a generalist capacity.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and development of line management and the Executive
- Design and development of policies and procedures to maintain contemporary compliance
- Leading case investigations
- Management of performance, grievances and disciplinaries
- Interpretation and implementation of industrial tools
- Supporting the negotiation of enterprise agreements
- Management of right of entry and union interactions
- Supporting change management initiatives
This is the perfect role for an experienced Senior HR Advisor who thrives in a team environment, and works collaboratively to encourage best practice and cultural excellence. It is essential that you possess prior experience of leading case investigations, ideally from within an unionised environment, and preferably you will have experience of supporting or leading enterprise agreement negotiations.
A permanent opportunity that will require an element of national and international travel to ensure visibility and engagement with your major stakeholders.
It is essential that you reside in WA for this opportunity and possess full working rights, coupled with recent experience of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards for Australia.
