Immediate start for a Senior HR Business Partner with project experience.
Our client is seeking the expertise of a Qualified Senior HR Business Partner to join their team based in Perth CBD.
Reporting to the HR Manager within their Organisational Development discipline, you will be responsible for supporting a number of large and smaller-based projects across Australia and Asia.
Projects may include supporting organisational design and transition, headcount reductions and redundancy processes, guiding and coaching the leadership team, conducting impact assessments and capability assessments, supporting the communications team and updating timelines and project spreadsheets.
To be considered for this role, you will either be a strong generalist human resources practitioner with projects based experience relatable to those given above, or alternately possess a strong organisational development background related to transition.
This contract is to commence immediately and will be offered on the basis of a ten-month temporary contract.
