An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the growing HR team of this global engineering organisation.

Reporting to the EGM, Human Resources, you will be responsible for aligning the HR strategies with the needs of the business through effective partnering with the senior leadership team, driving people and culture outcomes to further enhance a high performing workforce.

Key deliverables will include:

  • Generalist HR Business Partnering and advice
  • Driving talent management encompassing workforce planning, talent review, succession planning, engagement and retention and performance management
  • Developing and executing the strategic HR plan
  • Supporting leadership development and continuous learning
  • Utilising HR data analytics to develop HR initiatives and provide continuous improvement
  • Lead cultural and behavioural change
  • Promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Coaching and development of senior leadership in best outcome human resources.

This role would suit an established Senior HR Business Partner who can demonstrate experience from within a corporate environment or a position partnering with Executive and Senior Leadership. You will be a generalist in your capability and have prior experience of driving change through strategic workforce planning, performance management, and effective coaching of business leaders fostering a positive, inclusive and progressive culture.

This role is strategically focussed where you will collaborate to align the people strategies with the overall organisational objectives, and you will position yourself as a trusted advisor to your major stakeholders through a commercial and business understanding. This position is instrumental in raising the organisation's leadership capability, increasing productivity and enhancing engagement and employer branding for future talent acquisition.
