An experienced Senior HR Business Partner is required for a newly created role within a growth sector.
Our client is requiring the support of an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their growing team.
Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, this position provides a balance of both operational and strategic support to the business.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Partnering with line management to provide coaching and development on all employment matters
- Provision of advice and interpretation of industrial tools
- Ensure implementation of ER/IR strategies
- Support escalated case management and complex investigations
- Facilitate annual cyclical activities
- Execute workforce planning, talent management and succession planning
- Support negotiation of enterprise agreements
- Implement strategies surrounding organisational design, job mapping, remuneration, benchmarking, engagement and recognition and RAP activities
- Design, develop and implement ED&I strategies
We are seeking an HR practitioner who possesses the confidence to influence change through positive collaboration, communication and stakeholder engagement. You will be a strong generalist professional with the ability to facilitate case investigations through to conclusion, and ideally possess prior union experience. The ability to comprehend the workings of your business units and commercial acumen to create pragmatic solutions is essential. If you thrive within an organisation that is growing and can work with a degree of ambiguity, enjoy the challenge of working within a maturing function and would like to be involved with projects and BAU, then this could be your next role.
Based south of the River, a car is essential for this role, and prior experience within a blue-collar focused sector would be preferred.
