This role requires a strategic HR professional to closely collaborate with teams, leaders, and key stakeholders to design, shape, and implement impactful people strategies and targeted activities that enable business success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner, providing support and coaching on all people matters across the employee lifecycle.
- Influence leaders to prioritise and implement HR solutions spanning workforce design, talent, culture, and DEI.
- Leverage data and insights to support leaders in making informed people, workforce, and talent decisions.
- Oversee and guide leaders through the talent and remuneration cycle calendar activities.
- Act as a contributing leadership team member who drives service delivery, simplifies processes, and identifies continuous improvements.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned and strategic HR professional with proven experience ideally within the financial services sector. In this pivotal role you must excel at consulting with senior stakeholders, and possess excellent communication and influencing skills to build trusted partnerships and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
