A Senior HR Business Partner with both a strategic and operational focus is required for newly created role.
Drive strategic HR initiatives and help shape the future of a new project within a subsidiary business of a well-established parent.
We're seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in delivering high‑impact HR projects, building scalable people processes, and partnering with leaders across the organisation. This is a hands‑on, influential role ideal for someone who thrives in environments where you can create, refine, and embed core HR and IR frameworks from the ground up.
As a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you will steer strategic HR and industrial relations initiatives, lead complex case management, and support organisational development priorities. You'll play a key role in implementing people programs including workforce planning, performance, talent, remuneration, policy development and industrial bargaining.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Lead key HR and IR projects, driving consistency, compliance, and business impact
- Develop and embed new HR policies, systems, and processes, ensuring best‑practice
- Partner with leaders as a strategic advisor, delivering targeted solutions that align to operational priorities
- Shape foundational HR frameworks, supporting the ongoing maturity of the People & Culture function
- Influence cultural and organisational development initiatives, working closely with specialist teams
- Own complex ER/IR activity, including investigations, grievances, disputes, and enterprise bargaining support
We're looking for someone with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and deep experience navigating employment legislation and industrial instruments. If you enjoy balancing strategic work with hands‑on delivery - and want to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, project‑driven environment - this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior and highly visible role.
Bring your HR expertise, project capability, and passion for building strong people foundations - and help shape the next chapter of the people strategy.
