Your new role
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic collaborator, playing a vital role in aligning HR initiatives with the organisations operations. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to…
- Providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Leading initiatives to enhance workplace culture, engagement, and employee well-being.
- Driving talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of top-tier professionals.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to assist the company in meeting current and future business needs.
- Ensuring all compliance, policies and procedures are up to date.
- Conducting regular audits of HR Practices.
- Provide training and advice to managers and employees on compliance related topics.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objective.
