Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain improvements to the Workday platform to ensure peak functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and design innovative solutions.
- Analyse system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the successful integration of new Workday functionalities.
- Develop and deliver user training sessions, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align Workday processes with business goals.
