Seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor with end to end blue collar recruitment experience in Brisbane CBD!

• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives for effective candidate sourcing, attraction, and selection. This includes the ongoing development of the organisation's talent and employment brand and making recommendations to keep brand assets contemporary and effective.
• Building the organisation's market intelligence, presence, and reputation in key locations to create pipelines of potential applicants and candidates, ensuring the organisation is appropriately represented on various online channels such as Seek, LinkedIn, industry job boards, and networks within target talent markets.
• Lead the implementation of onboarding and induction activities, and, as required, make recommendations for improvement to ensure alignment between brand and employee experience for those new to the organisation.
• Ensure that all talent activities are linked to and reflect the organisation's strategy, culture, and values.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically within the blue-collar space (electricians, fitters, etc.)
• Full Australia working rights
• Demonstrated knowledge of best practice recruitment and selection processes and applications and translating this to building strong talent pipelines.
