About the role

Our client has been a prominent player in the entertainment industry for over 3 decades. As a talent acquisition consultant you will provide support to a busy team of 6 by assisting with the recruitment of high volume roles.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit top talent for a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments of candidates
• Coordinate police and VEV0 checks for successful candidates
• Utilise SmartRecruiters software to manage the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Proven ability to source and recruit top talent
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in SmartRecruiters software
