Your new role
This role focuses on early candidate engagement and building pipelines to meet hiring targets.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Identify Recruitment Needs - Collaborate with teams to assess site requirements and workforce gaps.

Screen and Progress Candidates - Review applications, check credentials and working rights, conduct phone screens, and manage candidate communication.

Coordinate Interviews and Checks - Schedule interviews, issue medical checklists, conduct reference checks, and organise police clearances.

Recruitment and Onboarding - Draft job ads, build candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, prepare contracts, and support diversity targets.

HR Systems and Reporting - Maintain data in Workday, ensure compliance, and complete monthly and quarterly reporting.
What you will need to succeed

Customer service and high-volume call centre experience

Strong results focus and performance mindset

Proficient in MS Office and quick with systems

Clear communicator with strong stakeholder skills

HR studies and security industry experience (desirable)
