This is a 3‑month contract position, offering the chance to step into a fast‑paced recruitment environment and make an immediate impact.

Your new role

In this role, you'll support the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver a smooth and positive experience for all candidates. You'll coordinate job advertisements, schedule interviews, conduct initial screening, manage recruitment inbox enquiries, and support background checking processes. You'll also contribute to reporting, compliance tasks, and assist with broader People & Culture activities when needed.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you'll bring:

• Experience supporting recruitment processes or working in a fast‑paced HR or administration environment
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive mindset and commitment to providing a professional and engaging candidate experience
• An understanding of contemporary sourcing and selection practices
• HR‑related qualifications or similar experience (desirable but not essential)
