Your new role
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Leading and managing the team to achieve top performance.
- Ensuring adherence to company processes.
- Monitoring hiring timelines and labour market trends.
- Contributing to strategic planning and supplier partnerships.
- Engaging with agencies and effectively managing relationships.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Power BI and quickly adapting to new data analysis systems.
- Working with senior stakeholders to present data and market trends
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including leadership teams and divisional leaders.
- Recruiting for a range of positions from entry level to senior.
