We are partnered with a State Government Department in Brisbane to recruit a Training and Adoption Manager.
Your new role
Key duties of this role include:
- Develop a variety of training assets, including technical guides, job aids, checklists, explainer videos, and eLearning coursework.
- Create training materials that accommodate scale and complexity, ensuring accessibility for diverse user groups.
- Collaborate with SMEs-preferably utilising Articulate Review-to refine media assets and enhance learning outcomes.
- Design and deliver short online training presentations tailored to different audiences.
- Report on training development progress and delivery effectiveness.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience doing the above key duties of the role.
- Previous experience working within a project team within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using MS Office apps, including Word for writing technical guides, PowerPoint for creating presentations, and Teams for training delivery.
- Experience using Camtasia or other video capture and editing software for development of 'How to' video assets.
- Experience working with Articulate Rise for rapid development of eLearning
- Experience working on or within a finance department is desirable.
