• Maintaining and updating training and compliance records
• Coordinating and scheduling training sessions for site staff
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety and regulatory requirements
• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation
• Assisting with data cleansing as we transition to a new HRIS and LMS

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Experience with HRIS or LMS systems (or the ability to learn quickly)
• The capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of compliance and workplace health and safety requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Clear communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and stakeholders
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt during system transitions
• Previous experience in training coordination or compliance administration
