Join one of Australia's largest port authorities on a temporary contract as a Training Compliance Administrator, based in Bowen, Queensland.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining and updating training and compliance records
-
Coordinating and scheduling training sessions for site staff
-
Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety and regulatory requirements
-
Preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation
-
Assisting with data cleansing as we transition to a new HRIS and LMS
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will ideally bring:
-
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
-
Experience with HRIS or LMS systems (or the ability to learn quickly)
-
The capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
-
Knowledge of compliance and workplace health and safety requirements
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Clear communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and stakeholders
-
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt during system transitions

Previous experience in training coordination or compliance administration
