An exciting contract opportunity is available for an experienced Training Lead to join a large-scale transformation program delivering significant business and technology change. Working within a collaborative project environment, you will play a key role in preparing employees for new systems, processes and ways of working.
This position will suit a learning and development professional who enjoys operating in complex project environments and has a strong track record of driving training outcomes, stakeholder engagement and user adoption.
Your new role
As Training Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an end-to-end training approach that supports a large workforce through a significant period of change. Partnering closely with project, change and business stakeholders, you will ensure training solutions are engaging, effective and aligned to business objectives.
You will contribute to:
- Training strategy and planning
- Learning needs analysis
- Design of training materials and learning resources
- Facilitator-led and virtual training delivery
- User readiness and capability uplift
- Training evaluation and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder engagement and support
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience leading training activities within large-scale transformation, ERP or technology implementation programs
- Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise
- Experience developing training strategies, learning materials and blended learning solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in complex project environments with multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience supporting organisational change and driving successful user adoption
Highly regarded experience includes:
- SAP S/4HANA implementation programs
- Finance and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Digital transformation, finance transformation or enterprise-wide technology projects
- Agile, PRINCE2 or other recognised project delivery methodologies
- Large-scale government, utilities, infrastructure or complex corporate environments
