Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government authority is seeking a VPS4 Workforce Planning Advisor to lead workforce planning activities, within the People Analytics & Insights unit on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.
Your new role
- Lead, develop and implement best practice workforce planning strategies, including frameworks and tools that align with organisational goals
- Work with workforce related data and insights to investigate and analyse workforce related trends, including the ability to provide evidence based recommendations
- Work in partnership with business units to collate relevant workforce data and insights into a user friendly format
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar experience
- Demonstrated Workforce Planning experience, including strategies, frameworks and tools to achieve business outcomes is critical
- Proven ability to collate, analyse and investigate workforce related data and trends, including providing evidence based recommendations is essential
- Established experience working within Construction, Local, State and/ or Federal Government is highly regarded and is preferred
- Proficient skillset with Excel is critical
