A large education provider is seeking an experienced Workforce Development professional to support the delivery of organisation-wide learning, development and employee engagement initiatives. Your new role
- Design, develop and facilitate professional development programs, workshops and workforce capability initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver tailored workforce development solutions
- Support the delivery of employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives and organisational development activities
- Coordinate induction programs and facilitate learning activities that enhance employee capability and the onboarding experience
- Lead the planning and delivery of key employee events, including conferences, awards programs and recognition initiatives
- Provide reporting, analysis and recommendations to support workforce development, engagement and capability outcomes
- Support performance and development processes through coaching, training and stakeholder engagement
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programs within a complex organisation
- Strong facilitation skills with knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience delivering employee engagement, recognition, organisational development or workforce capability initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation development
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and provide practical recommendations
- Experience managing projects and delivering outcomes in dynamic or fast-paced environments
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Change Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded
