Through an expansive network of multi-disciplinary medical centres, pathology laboratories and diagnostic imaging centres providing world class facilities and support services they deliver quality care to their patients in partnership with pathologists, nurses and other employees.

This exciting and progressive business is currently seeking to hire an HR Business Partner to look after a client group of approximately 180 people from corporate to IT.
A few on your day-to-day tasks will be as follows
  • Supporting a service orientated client group across core HR practices; working with senior leaders to provide advice and coaching on all employee related matters including recruitment & selection, performance management, training & development, employee engagement, succession planning and talent management.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide technical, accurate and timely HR expertise to assist with the delivery of core HR operational support to line managers and individual employees in areas such as organisational development, employee relations, coaching, job design, performance management, job evaluation, retention planning and overall strategy.
  • Support and coach operational managers on HR matters in line with company values and culture. Especially in performance management, grievances and other ER issues
  • Manage people-related projects, process improvements and change initiatives
  • Provide advice, training and guidance on policies, procedures, legislation and enterprise agreements to internal stakeholders
  • Assist with recruitment initiatives including project managing relevant vacancies
  • Contribute to wider projects such as workforce planning, attraction and retention strategies and employee engagement
  • Tertiary Qualifications in LAW, HR or related
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products.
  • 4- 7 years proven HR related experience in a business partnering role.
  • Understanding of Employment legislation, and solid understanding of best practice HR advisory and management
  • Proven experience in leadership coaching
  • A passion for people, community and health. 
  • Strong ability to relate to diverse stakeholders
