Your new company
Based in Melbourne's Northeast, this government agency is seeking an EL1 Assistant Director, Human Resources to lead generalist HR activities, including updating HR policies, generalist HR advice, drive their ED&I strategy, deliver RAP deliverables, employee relations and change consultation across the agency on an ongoing basis.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar experience
- Demonstrated generalist HR Business Partner experience, leading end-to-end employee lifecycle priorities, including HR policies, advice, ED&I, employee relations and change management
- Proven track-record within the Australian Public Service (APS) is critical and is essential
Established experience using Aurion is highly regarded, and preferred, however not essential - Must be an Australian Citizen to apply, and able to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance
