A global tech company and long-term partner to over 100 leading brands, is currently seeking a Head of HR to join the team to help shape and execute the overall HR strategy. The business is in an exciting building phase focused on Australian Critical Infrastructure, with a mission is to drive innovation while fostering a supportive and dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative initiatives.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
• Develop and implement learning and development programs that promote growth.
• Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and risk management protocols.
• Drive HR operational efficiency through process improvement and best practices.
• Champion organisational development, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to influence and implement change at an executive level.

Skills & Experience:

• Exceptional leadership and management skills with a proven track record.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and related technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends.
• Experience in a matrix organisation and working within virtual, cross-cultural teams.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work and lead transformations in a dynamic environment. while fostering and driving excellence. You will also be available immediately and can commence early Oct.
