Overview
An established and essential Government Agency is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. This role will see you embedded within a critical Customer Delivery Business Unit, which is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of services across the northside and Sunshine Coast regions.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will report directly to the Senior HRBP & Projects Lead and play a crucial role in supporting essential operational teams to deliver high levels of customer service and legislative compliance.
Responsibilities
Your focus will be on delivering a full suite of HR Generalist support, with key responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Stakeholder Management: Establishing strong, collaborative, and influential relationships with a diverse group of operational leaders and employees across complex branches.
- Advisory and Consultation: Providing expert, solution-focused advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, WHS support, and organisational change.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrating the ability to adjust your communication style dynamically to suit different audiences.
- HR Projects & Strategy: Participating in various HR projects and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies tailored to the Customer Delivery Business Unit.
- On-site Support: Being available to commute to sites primarily across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay areas.

Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Considerable proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally within an operational, government, or similar large-scale service delivery environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with a track record of successfully influencing senior and operational leaders.
- Demonstrated agility in adjusting communication and influencing styles to achieve positive outcomes in sensitive and high-pressure situations.
- A proactive and flexible approach, including the ability to respond to urgent operational requirements across different sites.
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- A current driver's license and willingness to travel between sites across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay region as required.
