HRBP opportunity in Gold Coast, early January start!
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a corporate team. This is a hands-on, end-to-end generalist role, supporting senior leaders and driving people initiatives across the business.

Your new role
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Provide practical HR support and advice to managers and teams.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and workforce planning.

Drive performance management and organisational change initiatives.

Handle employee relations, including grievances, investigations, and absence management.

Improve processes, engagement, and culture through insights and reporting.
What you will need to succeed

Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.

Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to remain impartial and resolve conflict effectively.

Highly organised with strong analytical skills.

Experienced in coaching and mentoring leaders.
