Stand alone HR Manager role based in Hornsby

Your new company
Join a well-established medium-sized construction company based in Hornsby.

Your new role
Reporting into the CEO, this is a stand alone HR Manager role supporting the HR operations for a medium-sized organisation across the NSW and Melbourne branches.

This will involve -

  • Recruitment of mainly blue-collar roles within the construction and manufacturing space
  • Employee Relations
  • Management of pre-employment awards and agreements
  • Performance reviews
  • Immigration
  • Management of policies and procedures


What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 5 years HR management experience and possess tertiary qualifications in HR. You will have strong knowledge of industry related awards and be experienced in dealing with immigration. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills.
