Your new company
Hays has partnered with a growing organisation at a key point of change. This role sits at the centre of the business, supporting a workforce that has scaled rapidly and continues to expand.
Your new role
You will take ownership of end-to-end People & Culture across a workforce of 85+ employees, spanning across multiple network operations. The function is being rebuilt, giving you the chance to shape processes, influence culture, and drive outcomes.
As a pivotal member of their team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Key responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a growing headcount

Partner with leaders to support performance management and development

Design and implement employee wellbeing programs

Lead training needs analysis and coordinate learning initiatives

Maintain and optimise HR systems, including BambooHR

Provide day-to-day P&C advice across a diverse workforce

Support a business undergoing structural and operational change
What you will need to succeed
-
Strong generalist HR or P&C experience with hands-on delivery

Proven end-to-end recruitment capability in fast-paced environments

Confident stakeholder engagement across leadership and site teams

Experience in construction or childcare is highly regarded

Ability to work on-site and stay connected to operations
-
A team-first mindset with a practical, adaptable approach
