We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a contract role, CBD based + WFH, Start ASAP
Your new company
We have partnered with a statutory body who are looking to appoint an experienced HR professional to start immediately on a contract basis through to November 2024.
Your new role
In this role, some of your key duties will include:

Leading, managing and implementing a range of HR functions and projects that include recruitment and selection, employee and industrial relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, workforce planning and reporting, case management, wellbeing and workplace health and safety

Providing expert advice on the application and interpretation of relevant legislation, guidelines, policies and procedures

Advising and coaching staff at varying levels to strengthen and enhance management capabilities in workforce management

Developing and reviewing HR policies, processes and procedures complying with relevant legislation
What you'll need to succeed
Your key success in this role will be attributed to your previous experience in a similar level. Ideally, you will have had working experience within the Queensland public sector. Additionally, you will have a focus on providing high level business partnering and HR management services to senior stakeholders on a range of HR matters.
