We are partnered with a Local Government in Brisbane to recruit a Senior Culture and Capability Consultant.
Your new role
In this temporary assignment, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing 'fit for purpose' human-centric business solutions, enhancing employee experience.
- Research and data analysis to inform decision-making, providing insights, and developing recommendations relating to contemporary practices, particularly relating to workplace culture and employee experience.
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement, consulting, and facilitation.
- Working with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, scope potential options and make recommendations on a future approach for measuring, monitoring, and managing employee experience, sentiment and/or workplace culture for the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in organisational development and project management.
- Experience in conducting market research to understand contemporary models that measure employee experience, sentiment, engagement and/or culture to identify potential opportunities for the organisation.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering contemporary HR solutions.
- Experience scoping, designing, and delivering project outcomes.
